After graduating, Mollie moved to Colorado in 2003 where the state has now adopted her as its own (she’s originally from Oklahoma City). After 18 years of working as a facility and safety compliance manager, Corey has joined the BOOM team as the maintenance manager.  You will find him onsite at your property regularly, inspecting and meeting with vendors in order to keep them accountable.    He prides himself in an ability to empathize with clients, problem solve and have open communication with the vendors. Christi has been managing numerous types of Associations for 17 years.  She has managed properties from Ft Collins to Castle Rock and everywhere in between.
